About Us

Club Overview

In 2019, three friends, Judi Wittingslow, Gayle Lambert and Danielle Tyson created Canterbury Netball Club Inc. to offer athletes of all ages the opportunity to develop their netball skills.
Our Mission Statement
Our aim is to develop the netball skills of our players, umpires and officials in a team environment whilst extending the abilities of individuals in a competitive and child safe environment.

Canterbury Netball Club supports players who wish to develop coaching skills by offering them a mentored coaching experience that is overseen by our Coaching Team.

Umpires

Opportunities to work as an umpire are available for Canterbury Netball Club players aged 13 or in Year 7. What better way to learn netball rules, improve your skills and make pocket money?  Boroondara Netball Association has an umpire training program that allows trainee umpires to get paid experience and opportunities to be tested for umpire badges.  Check out BNA's website for all the details: bna.org.au/umpires/how-to-start
