Post Covid19 Netball

Protocols for training and playing

Boroondara Netball Association has comprehensive guidelines for return to netball.  Please refer to their website: bna.org.au/wellbeing/covid-19-and-netball

There are strict protocols to be adhered to stay safe while getting back to Netball.  All are listed in the the document above, the key points are:
  • Number of participants
  • No spectators
  • Hand washing/masks
  • Sanitising balls
  • Contact tracing
All teams are required to have a Co-vid Officer who will be responsible for the Covid-Safe behaviour of their own players, personnel and parents. This includes accurate attendance records of all involved, they must be part of the team list and potentially are the scorer.
Please note: BNA's priority is to allow players to play netball and should personnel / parents spoil the experience by flouting rules, they will be forced to cancel the program for everyone.
